How do you figure out what size system I need?
We do a load calculation for your house: size, windows, insulation, and how it's built. A system that's too big turns on and off too much and wears out faster.
Do I have to replace my furnace and AC at the same time?
No. If both are old, doing them together can save money since they share the blower and coil. If one is in good shape, keep it.
